and portfolio management platform to the Registered Investment Advisor, Broker/Dealer, and Third Party Administrator client
bases while meeting aggressive firm and industry Y2K requirements.
The Solution: Effectively managed IT, Legal
and Compliance processes to deliver a compliant product on-schedule. Orchestrated operational preparedness, documentation
and service training, marketing and communication efforts to ensure delivery to the field on-time, on-scope and on-budget.

Establish effective product management discipline
The Challenge: This deep-discount brokerage
business required a major capabilities improvement to keep pace with competition in the active trader market-space. Several
years had lapsed without break-through product development or new feature delivery to customers in an increasingly competitive
market segment.
The Solution: While employed by this provider, established a formalized product management
discipline and team focused on ongoing market/competitive surveillance, competitor and customer research. Definition and deployment
of a formalized business prioritization process, requirements definition and documentation and a product lifecycle methodology
that introduced rigor and consistency in the definition, development, delivery and ongoing support for multiple new services
and functionalities.
Results: Effective and consistent new product design and delivery. Competitive market-share
gains. Consistently increasing customer satisfaction and tenure, measured both internally and externally (JD Powers move from
