- Project: After meeting with the client team, Verve Partners will define an estimated project scope, key milestones
and appropriate project fees that may include both flat fees and performance bonuses for results which exceed expectations.
- Retainer: For projects that are anticipated to be less self-contained and require one or more Verve partners
to act as an extension of client staff, we are able to structure an ongoing retainer arrangement at a negotiated rate.
- Per
Diem: For engagements such as team-building events, front-of-the room facilitation and or quick-start definition projects
that exclude execution, Verve will work with clients on a single or multiple per diem rate.
- Hourly: For
engagements that span beyond the scope of a defined project, require periodic re-engagement of the Verve team at intervals
or utilize Verve partners in a consultative, coaching or review capacity, Verve Partners can structure an hourly billing model
to optimize cost and project efficiency.
